  I love the class on Monday, already noticing myself getting stronger and more flexible and would like to incorporate more yoga practice even just once more a week. Oh, and by the way...thanks for the upper body workout yesterday - I'm feeling the "good" soreness in my shoulders today!

  Classes I Offer:

 

Yoga
Focus on increasing flexibility, improving mental clarity, and relieving stress while strengthening core muscles and improving your posture. This class is 45-60 minutes during lunch or after work, and can accomodate all levels of fitness.

Yoga Light
This is a short 15-30 minute meeting or conference break to rejuvenate and improve mental clarity. It can also be done as part of a wellness day or health fair. It will teach your employees how to increase their energy and improve focus during the work day.
