  WHO IT'S FOR:  
  Anyone that is motivated working out with others and is looking for a more affordable way to get in shape.  
 
  WHAT IT'S ABOUT:  
  I offer several classes from Cross Training, Yoga, Mommy and Me, and Ski Conditioning.  
 
  WHAT PEOPLE THINK:  
  I have been attending Gina's workouts for about 2 years now and have been so impressed with the results that I have experienced both physically as well as overall attitude towards working out. Through Gina's well crafted total body workouts, great attitude, and positive reinforcement, it makes her very challenging workouts something that I look forward to every week.

  Classes I Offer:

 

Mommy and Me
Have fun with your child while getting a great workout! Get your heart rate up and improve your cardiovascular endurance. Learn how to protect your low back and improve your posture through functional exercises while practicing moves you can complete with your child.       Mondays 11:15am-12:15pm
      Thursdays 9am-10am

Cross Training
Get an awesome full body workout using your body weight to make working out functional and fun! You will increase your overall strength, endurance, anaerobic threshold, and core stability.
      Mondays (Apr 15 - Aug 30) 7pm-8pm

Ski Conditioning
When September comes, it's time to get your legs in shape for the snow. Get a full body workout, with more emphasis on leg strength, core, and balance.
      Mondays (Sep 6 - Mar 28) 7pm-8pm
